What brands of chicken broth are gluten-free?
There are plenty of brands of gluten-free chicken broth available online and in grocery stores, but not all are created equal. So what makes a good gluten-free broth? I’ll tell you. The key ingredient in any good broth is collagen, which is found in bones, cartilage, and connective tissue. While the majority of brands claim to contain collagen, it’s the quality of collagen that matters. For example, if the only thing you’re concerned with is having a gluten-free broth, you’re better off with Arrowhead Farms or Pacific Organic. Arrowhead is organic and contains gelatin, while Pacific contains gelatin. But what is the difference between organic gelatin and regular gelatin? Both contain gelatin, but there is no sugar added to organic gelatin, making it more nutritious than regular gelatin, which is heavily refined.

Is Kroger Chicken Broth Gluten-Free?
In conclusion, I know it sounds like a question for a joke. But, it’s not. I am really curious, though, why people seem to have such a strong reaction to chicken broth and gravy. Personally, I love both. And, I am pretty sure that I would love both of them even if they were made with beef stock instead of chicken stock. For me, it’s not a question of whether or not chicken broth is gluten-free or not. It’s a matter of how it’s made and what ingredients it contains.
