Today, we’re going to be answering the question: are samosas gluten free? And taking a look at the best gluten-free samosas that we have available when following a gluten-free diet.
Samosas can come one of two ways, either fried or baked. However, the ones you’ll find in your local Indian restaurant will usually be fried (the best way!).
Unfortunately, samosas are not typically gluten-free. As you can probably tell from the list of ingredients, one of the main components of samosas is the pastry.
While there isn’t a huge selection of gluten-free samosa brands, there are a few in the UK and US that I would recommend. In the UK, I would highly suggest checking out Mandira’s Kitchen.
