Today, we’re going to be looking at the infamous Barilla gluten-free lasagna noodles, or you may know them better as Barilla gluten-free oven-ready lasagna. 

What Are Lasagna Noodles?

To put it simply, lasagna is a flat, wide pasta sheet. The word lasagna can refer to the noodle-like pasta sheet itself, or the tasty lasagna dish itself. The dish lasagna has several sheets of lasagna layered between meat and cheese.
